若您希望於當日晚間領受聖體聖血，請依照東正教聖傳作好靈性的預備，包括祈禱、悔改、適度的齋戒，以及在心中與所有人和好。
Those who desire to receive the Holy Communion are kindly reminded to prepare spiritually according to the Holy Tradition of the Orthodox Church — through prayer, repentance, fasting (as appropriate), and reconciliation of heart.
聖體聖血是「奧蹟中的奧蹟」，是我們真實參與基督生命的方式，故須以敬畏與信心領受。
Holy Communion is the “Mystery of Mysteries,” the real participation in the life of Christ, and we receive it with reverence and faith.
